Title: Morning Star V 2

Description:
Morning Star. ( russelldowsett) The strangest thing, I failed to see you transit the sun. Measurements of Paradise taken one by one. They say these things they only happen, once or maybe, twice. Read it in the almanac, there's one more in your life. They say you are a wanderer, travelled and afar but on me you shine a light just like the morning star. If you're burning secrets that no-one else can share, anytime, anyplace or anywhere. Somethings are impossible and some I can't afford, some need my attention, they cannot be ignored. Beauty lies, a story told, beholden to the eye but to me you are the only radiance in the sky. Here I am, singing songs again on acoustic guitar, to me you're oh so beautiful, to me you're the morning star. You know you can talk to me of pleasure or despair, anytime, anyplace or anywhere. If you ever find the need for tender loving care, anytime, anyplace or anywhere. ...and if you ever find the need for tender love and care, anytime, anyplace or anywhere. A single, fragile entity best seen  early in the day before the jealous clouds and sun have stolen her away. It's caffeine, it's addiction, I feed it once a week. I'm like a smacked out junkie when I hear you speak. Oh! there's a touch of sadness to every au revoir to me you're oh so beautiful, to me you're the morning star. If you ever find the need for tender loving care, anytime, anyplace or anywhere. If you're burning secrets that no-one else can share, anytime, anyplace or anywhere. You know you can walk away with nothing to be repaired, anytime, anyplace or anywhere, anytime, anyplace or anywhere. This is the first of the ghostriders tracks to be produced by the legendary Jimmy Arvidsson out of Sweden. The ghostriders are a virtually, international outfit of many years standing and the line up for this song is as...... Russell Dowsett       Vocals/Songwriter       Australia. Jorgen Boots            Keyboards                     Netherlands. Mark Nisbet              Bass Guitar                   England. Karine Malgad          Vocals                            France Liam A Sutherland   Guitars                           Scotland Conny Stade             Drums                            Sweden This is the second version of a video for the ghostriders song: Morning Star. This song was the first commercial release for the band back in 2020. The inspiration for the song came out of a Cafe of the same name in a small hamlet south of Hobart. Inspiration lies at the bottom of a coffee cup. I first recorded this song in the most primitive conditions on a small island in the Derwent River. Fortunately for me I recorded it with legendary guitarist Pete Thomas out of Morning Glory. He hit the perfect arrangement first go and I liked it so much , it's still basically the one you hear here! Thanks Pete, I am forever in your debt. After a few dead end attempts and comings and goings with the ghostriders Jimmy Arvidsson found himself, albeit too briefly, in the Producer's chair. This song & video perfectly encapsulates the ethos of evolution adopted by the band. No project is entirely done, not while there is any chance of refinement. This song is marked out by some incredibly creative instrumental work by Jorgen (keys) and Liam (guitars). This is one of my very favourite songs that I have written so far, I hope that you enjoy the experience. russelldowsett, Dec.2021. When this song was written I can't accurately say but around 2005 is my best guess. It began, believe it or not, as a song about Captain Cook and his observations of the transit of Venus! I got inspired after watching a documentary about how important the observation was to advancing Science. If I remember correctly it was a cloudy day and they missed the transit, hence the original opening line was.... " James and I we failed to see, you transit the sun..." If you like you can follow this link and hear the earliest recorded version of the song and see how much it has improved, hopefully. https://www.reverbnation.com/russelldowsett/song/68187-morning-star Last time I tried to play it it didn't work, so good luck with it!!!!
