Don't let their ages fool you, these kids have serious chops, a passion to rock, and a 4 song EP now streaming on Spotify, ITunes , Apple Music and Deezer.The band formed under the name Loud Chemistry in 2012 while they boys were only in elementary school!, They changed the name to RIIL Chemistry when they were releasing their first 5 song EP of originals and learned there was band in Spain with the same name already on Itunes. They wrote and performed together until the spring of 2019 when drummer Isaac graduated and headed to college at UT Dallas. Enter new drummer Logan Greenberg , thus a new name and new songs. They have been rockin' it everywhere from area festivals (Pecan Street festival twice, Cherrywood Arts festival) , to coffeehouses ( Cherrywood and Spiderhouse)  and bars, (The Carousel Lounge, LoveGoat, Texas Mist) always turning heads when people realize it is a group of 18 and under teens making this joyful noise. Their sound veers from from punk to blues to straight ahead rock and roll with influences as diverse as Zeppelin and Hendrix to RHCP, Primus and Beck. The band will continue to perform some of RIIL Chemistry's originals but now have 3 new songs added to the mix. No shoe gazing here, their live show is energetic and engaging. But they are also able to go full acoustic, if the venue requires it. Less
