The Electric Noodle, as a musical act, is a completely unique, and none other like it, born in its own league, sound experience. This writer happened to be around when D.B. ,was a buddy with a guitar, and an exponentially increasing number of delay pedals, pitch shifting pedals, phase shiftering footboxes,flange,chorus, autowah, reverse reverb, the whola cat and kanoodle....you name it, all being put through some other modulation f /x, of course, eventually the modulation of modulation being modulated, ad infinitum, was......modulated. And something was born then in sound, that no one 's ever done before, and as far as i know, hasnt yet been imitated. But it will inevitably be, as the work of the E. Noodle is too original and, i say with an earnest conviction, imbued with an artistry in sound, that is aptly described, for starters, by imagining a towering Pollack drip painted masterpiece.... coming out of hi fidelity speakers...,( dogs and cats, whales and elephants....,btw,i would be able to back up my account of this hi fidelity..., nOOdles got dog whistles going through octave whammy pedals, and sub sonic, ricther scale shit that we cant hear..., but makes critters wanna call to report u.f.o. activity.. the sounds that were born heard full throttle for the first time... You wanna get on the horn to N.O.R.A.D....., just to be safe.)  The Electric Noodle is a one man band creating live music from delay loops created from the energy of the moment using only electric guitars to create the music and sounds. i don't know when it hit me but i was very young, i knew music was part of me i just did not know it would take such a grasp on my adventure in life. i started playing electric guitar when i was a teenager and have not stopped since. for many many years i was lost not knowing what i was doing or what i wanted to play. As i grew into playing with my guitars with effects and pedals i wired myself differently to create the sounds and music the way i do. it all started with my first delay pedal back in the late 80's. i fell in love with the sounds and spaces created with it...evolution. it was back in 1997 when i went for it, bought my first ibanez from the house of guitars along with a full mesa stack of 4x12 cabinets and a digitech 2112 processer along with the mesa stereo 2:90 amp. I was well on my way to becoming The Electric Noodle. on a warm summers night back in 1999 it all came to me in a vision i was living out at the same time...The Electric Noodle (TEN) was started that night and has evolved to the current time and place... I feel that music can take you anywhere, anytime, anyspace. this is what drives me to do what i do, the oppertunity to let yourself be taken away by the sounds and music is such a treat. it happens to me everytime i play and look to share this with eveyone who is listening. merging everything i hear is what my influences are, though i am quite fond of pink floyd and iron maiden to name a few, the list goes on and on... currently i am taking T.E.N. out on the road full time in my converted school bus. wherever i roam i bring the noise... find me or request a visit from the nOOdle and the bus Less
