All these people and let's not forget the Suffragette Movement and all freedom fighters for this song is about them. And is the word Democracy just another word for Capitalism ? Lately the news goes around how lawyers are ripping off the Canadian tax payers for millions and the tax watch dog says there is nothing we can do about it. They don't have to pay back the money. Let me say I don't wish for a 3rd world war but it seems to me we have come to far already and maybe it's what it'll take to straighten out these oligarchies which are not only in Russia. We need more freedom songs. Where have we gone when police gestapo beat up on clowns in the streets of Canada. Street performers hardly make enough money to survive never mind buyind a license,that's why they are on the streets putting smiles on peoples faces. Didn't the Nazis start out like that? It's okay for the government to rob us blind but watch out for that street singer eh! he may sell a few C.D's and not pay taxes yet there's all kind of corruption going on in the government and we take it but watch that street performer.
