Cody is lead guitarist, whistler & accompany vocalist. Hannah adds a sultry folk twang with her vocals & song writing. Hannah Etchison & Cody Thomas began making music together during the Fall of 2013. Hannah is a singer/songwriter & plays the baritone ukulele and guitar. Cody is lead guitarist, whistler & accompany vocalist. Hannah adds a sultry folk twang with her vocals & song writing. Cody adds smoothness & allure to their sound through his guitar picking & lullaby whistles. The duo aims to create simple, lovely acoustic lullabies with lyrics that reflect their travels, their struggles towards adulthood & their love. Low La La has performed from Grand Rapids, Michigan to The Haight in San Francisco. Summer 2015 the duo embarked on their first West Coast tour. Summer 2016 the duo traveled to Seattle in their Emerald City mini tour hitting spots in southern Washington and Oregon along the way. In addition, the duo has performed in & created jingles for commercials in West Michigan. The duo had their very first performance at Flat Lander’s Bar in Grand Rapids. Low La La has performed on bills with artists such as Gene Evaro Jr., Those Folk, Zach & Bridget, Caitlin Jemma & The Goodness, Tom Rhodes, Lucas Young, Josiah Knight, Proxy Moon, Britt Straw, Vinnie Guidera & The Dead Birds, There is No Mountain & Shayna Rain & The Gents Less
