Leonce Leonard is a rising Zimbabwean solo artist also known as Leon Marume.  He was born on the 10th of August 1990 at Harare Maternity hospital. His music journey started in primary school in 2003 when he joined the music choir. He then launched his solo music career in 2004. During this year, Leonce Leonard wrote his first track “Ndaperera” which he recorded in 2019 as a solo track of his group Lumecx. In 2005 he created a group with 2 girls namely falistas Edward Murata who is now a well known comedian Aka Mai TT and culture kandiyero.The group only suceeded to record only one track Nomakanjani .During that year the group disbanded and the artist went solo.In 2007 leonce leonard had to create another group which was called AZITACK with his two best friends Aka Tatenda Andy chycomwe The Bling daddy , Carlos Kuzondishaya The Global daddy and Leonce Leonard calling himself Daddy Dogg pound.The group didnt successfully record any track because of finacial problems.In 2009 the group had to disband as the three boys had to go their sepperate ways.  In 2013 Leonce leonard recorded his first solo single (Wandoda) with Organized,King cony and Nad nice. In 2015, he recorded his second solo track and first solo track as an individual artist called (wandibaya).In 2016 he recorded his third track with Organized (waenda). His fourth track was recorded in 2017 with his lil brother Wekwade aka Christopher Marume. It was during their recording session they discussed about their music and decided to create a group called LUMECX. The two brothers recorded their first track Never let you go as a group and went on to record another three tracks; No more, My everything and my mother. 2018 brought 4 solo tracks namely tell me wat u want , vimbaneni ft Chris D, wandinoda (I love u) and Goodbye my dear (which he dadicated to his late grandmother.) That year he focused on his group Lumecx which recorded two tracks Down and moments of love. In the same year Lumecx had to introduce another member Aka mambo the rapper (O'brian Zindoga). Lumecx recorded 3 tracks    Ndione, Ndiye and Ndaperera Ft Infinity Beatz our producer. Lumecx’s debut album Moments of Love was released on the 15th of November 2019. In 2020 Leonce Leonard recorded another 3 solo track ft Avilian and Massive which were released on the 10th of January 2020.  In 2021 Leonce Leonard has been working on his first E. p which is to be released on the 10th of August 2021. Leonce Leonard has dropped 2 new single called ghetto ft Turbo Jexx and CassyZw which managed to be part of Power fm hiphop basement and Heal the world feat Tafadzwa, Infinity Beatz and Curtis B which came with visuals. The latter track was a hit on hevoi fm top 20. Leonce Leonard’s has dropped his first EP today on 10th of August 2021 on his birthday Called Regretting.
