Hailing from the Windy City of Port Elizabeth (S.A). Kerwin Feldman otherwise known as Kill3r-K first encountered the art of Mixing while living up in Johannesburg during his teens. In 2002 at the age of 12 Kill3r-k started playing at school disco's and balls. Kill3r-k Later moved onto playing weekly House parties in Johannesburg under the mentor-ship of his older friend Renaldo aka DJ Van.In 2006 Kill3r-k (16), moved back to Port Elizabeth where he quickly gained a residency at one of P.E's hotspots. A night Club called After Party, this is where Kill3r-k gained valuable experience. Playing alongside his childhood hero’s, namely Dj Supa Faya & Dj Eazy-E. After matriculating in 2008 Kill3r-k moved back up to Johannesburg to study Music production and Sound engineering. Inspired by the likes of Ryan Murgatroyd, Troydon, Pete Rock, J Dilla, Deadmau5, Skream and Benga. Kill3r-k started producing his own music back in 2005 with Reason 3 & Ableton Live Lite 4. Kill3r-K’s Sound is Bass Heavy with deep retro synths & soulful chords. Kill3r-K is now focused on producing and performing his tracks live. By means of using Midi controllers, Electronic Drum machines and old School Direct drive turntables. Paying homage to his turntablism background as a scratch DJ. In 2010 Kill3r-K got invited to play on Roger Goode’s Thursday night Show on 5FM, then later that year Kill3r-K had the opportunity of playing live on MuthaFM down in Cape Town. Kill3r-K’s tracks have also been played on RinseFM in London, resulting in Kill3r-K’s Stratagem EP reaching No.6 in Juno Download’s UK Garage Top 10 Chart.   Kill3r-K and his good friends WOX (Warric Dyers), Micky and Lebza formed a band, fusing Acoustic and Electronic elements, called Madhouse Connexion then later changed to 4Reign Xchange. Had the opportunity of performing live at the 2015 CMJ Music Fest in Manhattan (NYC). Kill3r-K also played set at Madibas in Brooklyn (NYC). In 2016 Kill3r-K headed to Seoul (South Korea) to play a live set at the Zandari Music Festival. Where he showcased his live electronic performance. Less
