Khan Givas (born Gilivazio Akambamu), also known as Mr. Lover Boy, is a Ugandan musician, songwriter, composer, artist, and entrepreneur based in Kampala, Uganda. He is the founder and CEO of Hustlers Base Collaborations (HBC TEAM), an independent record label dedicated to nurturing talent and releasing authentic Ugandan sounds to the world. Born in Mbarara, Uganda, Khan discovered his passion for music at a young age through school competitions, local drama performances and community entertainment events. This early spark shaped his creative path and drive to create music that resonates deeply with listeners.He attended Akashanda Primary School and later Gulu Army Secondary School. In 2016, Khan took a bold step by founding Hustlers Base Collaborations (Legendary Lovers) and releasing his debut single, "Am Loving". Though the song served as an important learning experience, it fueled his determination. In 2020, he relaunched his career with renewed focus and energy, delivering a string of well-received singles including "Kiga Nation", "Ndeeba", "Gambaye" (featuring Nohart), "On Fleek", and "Jitambue". These releases have been distributed across major platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, and YouTube. Known for his smooth style and energetic delivery, Khan Givas continues to evolve as an artist while building his label into a platform that supports upcoming talent. Through music and entrepreneurship, he remains committed to telling authentic stories and creating opportunities within Uganda's vibrant music scene.
