Tzaneen, Limpopo — Born on May 10th in the vibrant town of Sekororo, Aaron Matibidi, professionally known as JimArrow, is a vocalist, producer, and founder of ArroWorldRecordz and ArroWordBeatzII—two independent labels redefining South Africa’s underground sound.

JimArrow’s musical journey began in Grade 9, initially drawn to house music under the DJ alias Lindho/Malindhoza, affectionately nicknamed Lindholicious by fans. Inspired by icons like Heavy K, DJ Ace, and DJ Maphorisa, he transitioned into beat production under the mentorship of DJ Alino, quickly developing a signature style that blends hip-hop, R&B, and Afro-fusion.

Despite academic success, financial challenges led JimArrow to pursue music full-time. Today, he’s not only a performer but a self-sustaining creative force—writing, mixing, arranging, and producing across genres. His collaborative portfolio includes:
