"In the fall, I was commissioned by Polish music collective Rebel Babel to arrange this classic tune by polish composer Branislau Kaper - “Invitation” has long been a favorite standard of mine and it was an honor to put this together. We recorded it Live at Fort Baker the day the NorCal fires were starting to get really bad, so there’s a surreal fog/smoke haze - even still, it was such a special time for our band to all be together making music and connecting. Special thanks to Mogli for the filming and Chris Paxton for the audio mix. Props to this awesome band for killing it.
