Gayla James was born in Fort Myers, FL, where she began singing at the age of 3. She has shared the stage with many icons of gospel music such as Marvin Sapp, Kirk Franklin, Vickie Winans and many more. Gayla has performed twice on Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel Show on BET.
