Eman Tiba (born January 10), known professionally as “Eman”, is an independent American singer and songwriter. Eman was born in Damascus, Syria. Eman Tiba (born January 10), known professionally as “Eman”, is an independent American singer and songwriter. Eman was born in Damascus, Syria. At age 2, her family immigrated to the United States in 1992 and was raised in Dublin, Ohio.  Eman graduated from the Ohio State University and received her Bachelors of Art (B.A.) degree in Psychology in 2012 with Honors Research Distinction in Psychology. After graduating, Eman purchased her first piano and began to write music and paint. Eman continued her education at the Ohio State University and completed her Masters of Art degree in School Psychology in 2014 and graduated with a Ph.D. in School Psychology in May of 2018. Eman moved to Beaufort, SC to work as a school psychologist while also pursuing her lifelong dream of singing. Eman began to work diligently after school on her music career with the guidance and support of friends. Eman released her first single (“Say What you Wanna Say”) on August 7th, 2019 (pop/indie rock) on all major music platforms and shortly after released her second single (“California”) on September 25, 2019 (rock/soul).
