Born and raised in South Africa Kananelo Tladi Monyayisa (born 13 January 1999), known professionally as DaH-KAY, is a South African rapper, songwriter, and record producer. He started to develop an interest in rap music inspired by his high school friends who made music then. After completing his Matric in 2019 at Thusa-Setjhaba Secondary School, he was then enrolled in the North West University at Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng where he bought studio pieces of equipment and started producing his music. He released his first official singles in early 2021 on all digital platforms. On the very same year he released his first unofficial EP called "Ntwana Kasi" of 6 tracks available on YouTube and other free streaming platforms. In July 2022 he released his first Official EP of Four tracks "Sapo La Mjita." DaH-KAY is still working towards building his brand's image and sound.  Less
