After a hiatus from touring, award-winning singer/songwriter Chris Youmans is back to debut a new set of truly infectious songs inspired by people and events of the last three years living in LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Youmans takes the best elements of classic and modern pop, rock, funk, and soul and weaves them around truly catchy melodies and a highly captivating live show. Youmans released his debut EP, Make Things Right, in February 2016 to a sold out crowd at Neck of the Woods in San Francisco. Following the release, Youmans and his music collaborator Colin Deas moved from Berkeley to Los Angeles and have begun touring tirelessly on the west coast. This fall Youmans will be releasing his new singles and performing around Southern California. “Boasting beats that would make the late James Brown blush, Chris Youmans's songs are funky with a capital “F,” drawing influence from any and everything that is catchy and dance-inducing.” — Under The Gun Review “Without a doubt, ‘Makes Things Right’ is a catchy pop song that succeeds in creating an airy, upbeat experience, harkening us back to the carefree days of our youth.”— The Akademia Less
