Band of Shepherds is a pop rock band of three brothers from Tomball, TX, just north of Houston. All three brothers are songwriters and multi-instramentalists. Band of Shepherds are honored to be final nominees for three Josie Music Awards. The JMA's are the worlds largest indie award show out, organized out of Nashville, TN. They are up for: Young Adult Duo/Group of the Year, Pop/Contemporary Song of the year for their song "Come Get It", and Songwriting award for their upcoming song "Girl Won't You". Local to Houston they are also a final nominee for 2019 H-Town Awards Young Band of the Year. Band of Shepherds were selected to be on the West Leg of The Extreme Tour and spent July 2019 in Idaho and Oregon on tour with other artists, hosting and playing shows in underserved communities and youth rehab centers. They will be headed to Colorado, rocking the stage as part of Monument Indie Fest over Labor Day weekend. Their songs have received radio and podcast play in New York City, Colorado, and Houston and they have been featured with radio interviews on The New Music Food Truck weekly show as well as Houston radio station KLNY 91.1.
