   Yea Joe is an hip hop artist from New Orleans, Louisiana. Some of his influences include artists such as J. Cole, Lil Wayne, Lil Poppa, Brent Faiyaz and EST Gee. Creating art he hopes to provide listeners with lyrics that they can relate to while he paints a picture of life in New Orleans caught in between doing what’s right and the temptation of living fast to impress his peers in his environment. He mostly focuses on relatable subject matter such as heartbreak and at other times songs to celebrate achievements.      Most recently he’s been experimenting with a more melodic rnb sound with his vocals and production. This experimentation he feels allows him to express more emotion and passion in his lyrics and song’s atmosphere. He seeks inspiration from life’s many ups and downs as well as his unique mindset compared to his peers in the city of New Orleans. His creative process includes getting his closest friends and family to participate in his studio sessions as he like to celebrate the opportunity of be able to create and record his art and music.  Less
