In order to subscribe to a blog by RSS feed, you need to have a RSS feed reader installed in your browser. If you don't have an RSS reader installed on your browser follow this simple step:

In Chrome, go to this link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rss-feed-reader/pnjaodmkngahhkoihejjehlcdlnohgmp?hl=en

Install the extenstion, then go back to the blog you are interest in subscribing and click on the RSS icon again. The extension show be able to identify that as an RSS feed and will ask if you want to subscribe. Click subscribe, and you're good to go.

Scenario 1: You  are already a Tunetrax Lite, Pro or Premium Artist Subscriber:

1/ f you already have a Bandsintown account: All you need to do is to go to bandsintown tab within your tunetrax profile and add it to your page, then you are done!

2/ If you don't have a bandsintown account yet:  

create an Bandsintown account you don't have one or claim an existing one

Scenario 2: You  don't have yet  a Tunetrax Lite, Pro or Premium Artist Subscriber:

1/ Upgrading your Tunetrax Subscription:  If you don't have one, don't worry, all you need is to click on "upgrade" or just go to your "account setting"then click on "subscriptions" andchoose one that fits you the best.  All subscriptions (Lite, Pro, Premium) will give you access to Bandsintown event calendar integration within your Tunetrax Artist Profile.

2/ if you already have a Bandsintown account: All you need to do is to go to bandsintown tab within your tunetrax profile and add it to your page, then you are done!

3/ If you don't have a bandsintown account yet:  create an Bandsintown account you don't have one or claim an existing one

then, go to bandsintown tab within your tunetrax profile and add it to your page, then you are done!

What does bandsintown integration mean for Tunetrax artists?

Tunetrax’s paying subscribers can now automatically import and update all their scheduled Bandsintown events to their Tunetrax profile, fans can track Tunetrax’s artists and artists can track the real time location of their fans. In addition, for each event, artists can add an event image, a google map of the event location, a link to ticketing and a full description of each event.

you can manually import your event by clicking the "+" in your "shows" navigation tab and enter specific dates you are looking to add to your listing.  Anytime you manually import shows without specifying a end date,  Tunetrax will import your upcoming shows and grab old ones up to a month. 

If needed you can show more than a month of past show, if you enter a longer date range.  Tunetrax can add past shows up to 12 months past today's date.  After 12 months, those past shows will be removed.

Each month Do you want to be featured onto one of our Playlist to over 100,000 fans and 1,200 music supervisors this month?

Each month Tunetrax selects 20 artists to be featured in each of our playlist. All music genres are accepted to submit. If Tunetrax already reached 20 artists for a specific month, your song will be added to a playlist the following month it was submitted.

If you play any music genre, your song will be added to the following playlist "EMERGING ARTISTS HOT LIST"
       
If you are a HIP HOP Artist, our song will be added to the following playlist "EMERGING ARTISTS HIP HOP"

To create your own playlist, login to your profile.  when listening to a track you would like to add to a playlist or create one,  instead of clicking on the play icon,  click on the icone next to it (musical note).  A small window will pop up on desktop or within if you are on a mobile device within the persistent player,  create your new playlist then and add the sound to it.

If you want to modify your playlist:

to change or change the playlist picture:  go to the playlist by clicking on your playlist tab within your profile.  Click on "*" and add your picture.

to delete a playlist:go to the playlist by clicking on your playlist tab within your profile.  Click on "trash".

to delete a song or rearrange songs order:  click on your playlist, below the player,  you will see a "square" icon".  when clicking on it, you will be able to remove a song or rearrange the order songs get played.

To create a blog or newsletter, go to your Profile, click on the "More" tab, then choose "Blogs" from the drop down menu.  Follow the simple steps to create your blog or newsletter.

1. Login to your Tunetrax account
2. Click on "Invitations" from your Account menu
3. Create your new "Invitation" first
4. Invite your Followers by selecting them and any other of your Fans by entering their email addresses.

Artists are NOT limited by the number of Followers or Email Addresses they can send to their Fans and Followers. Artists can send up to 10 Email invitations per month.

• The USER is the person, the PROFILE is where they put their stuff such as an Artist Profile. One USER can have a number of profiles. For example, a musician can be in several bands and also perform as a solo songwriter or a dj.

The User is the person behind the keyboard. They are the one who does the uploading, does the commenting, sends the messages. Its the person.

• Account

All of the USER info is stored on their Account tab that they can access. This is where they upload their user image and change their password and change their username etc.

Log in to your account. 

use the drop-down menu under your name , click on "Account Settings", then on "Subscriptions", then click on "Current Subscription"

You will see your current subscription.  Click on "Update Credit Card".  Upgrade your credit card information. You are DONE!

You will find below the process of deleting a USER account and PROFILE

Deleted a User Account:
If you wish to delete permanently delete your account,  please send your request to support@tunetrax.com.  Please understand, your User account will be removed from Tunetrax platform permanently. Any Profile associated to  your User account will be permanently deleted as well.

click on the trash can icon (next to the settings/⚙️)To ONLY delete a Profile (not a user account)
