Join Rise Yoga and The Studio Reno's first-of-its-kind silent disco yoga party, DJ'd by ThePostmOn, bringing you upful beats from around the globe. Take in as many as three yoga sessions (taught by Rachelle Lanning, Heather Delriso and Angie Fraley), or just hang in The Studio's Tea Lounge atmosphere, and enjoy the company of friends and global-bass, with a hearty helping of holiday mirth.
