SambaDá playing @ UCSC Farm 2025 Harvest Festival

Enjoy live performances by White Hawk Indian Council for Children, Sambada, and Ancestree Reggae. Activities for all ages include apple pressing, pumpkin and produce sales, apple pie baking contest, face painting, pumpkin painting, bouquet making, tractor rides, and more! Delicious food will be provided by S&B Food Truck, Samba Rock Cafe, Taquizas Gabriel, and the Penny Ice Creamery.
UCSC, Cabrillo, and Hartnell College students, kids under 12, Friends of the Farm & Garden members enter for free; $5 general admission. Cash preferred! (Ticket link is just link to website with more info. Pay for tix at the event)

While Brazilian natives Papiba Godinho and Dandha da Hora bring their profound knowledge and respect for the roots of afro-brazilian song and dance, the entire band has developed a type of samba-reggae-funk with a universal appeal.
