The creation of the Saint City Orchestra is actually due to chance. After a beery visit to an FC St. Gallen game, they met the organizer of the Irish Rocknight and agreed to play a gig two months later. The problem: there was no band, no songs or experience with Irish Rock. But somehow the impossible succeeded and the gig became a success. After a beery visit to an FC St. Gallen game, they met the organizer of the Irish Rocknight and agreed to play a gig two months later. The problem: there was no band, no songs or experience with Irish Rock. But somehow the impossible succeeded and the gig became a success. Over time more members joined, the concerts were more numerous and the team was supplemented by booking agency and management. They have played over 100 concerts in Switzerland and abroad since the turbulent formation of the band in 2013. Less
