Grace Hayes is an independent, Reno-based performing artist who specializes in obscure, satirical songwriting, soulful jazz singing, and eccentric acting and comedy. As a recent emerging talent, she has performed at many Reno events, plays and shows at different venues since 2011. Grace released her first album, “Unconventional”, on June 24th, 2013. The album includes seven tracks that she has written, composed, and sung–all with the help of the production company Quaranated Sounds LLC to make the recording process happen. Featuring elements of despair, euphoria, operatic and soulful tones, acoustic piano, beatboxing, 8-bit arpeggiation and excessive hand-clapping, Unconventional aims to please and perplex its audience.
