Title: "Shine!" live

Description:
"Shine!" was written and inspired through many years of yoga, and the greeting from Nepal, India and other parts of Southeast Asia: "Namaste." It simply means "I bow to you." And in many yoga circles, broadened to say, "That which is Spirit in me bows and honors Spirit within you." "High to High," "I&I" (as we Rasta would say). An admission of the common thread of humanity and spirit that bonds us all! When I travelled to Nepal, the greeting and spirit could be felt in the air, and everytime it was uttered, it affirmed spirit and connection. A salutation like this really means taking a moment, to really say "High"! [V.1] Hello my friend, here we are again Don’t you feel like you been here before? Just a little flicker, but it may seem familiar I see your reflection in me... re-Member-ance is to Put-back toGether  Pieces the puzzle completes We-are-not only the fila-ment We-are-the-spark that will light-it afire [Chorus] Shi-i-i-i-ine So-oh Bright Radi-a-te through-the-day Shine through the darkness of night Shine Shine like the star that you are That you are  Shine like the star that you are [V.2] The lights go Dim someTimes The fire-Light-flickers down Low Shadows creep In try to steal you away  it’s a battle-for Hearts and for Souls but You and me, We’re from the sea, The moon, the sun and stars With our feet in the soil of this life here on Earth Cosmically dancing from the end to our birth [Chorus] Shi-i-i-i-ine So-oh Bright Radi-a-te through-the-day Shine through the darkness of night Shine Shine like the star that you are That you are  Shine like the star that you are [Bridge] That you are… That you are… That you are...
